Meet the Maker: Mab

I’m Mab, the maker, artist, and lifelong tinkerer behind Mab’s Mobile Mercantile and Mab Labs.

I create odd little objects that refuse to fit neatly into any category, all designed, built, or crafted by me in small batches.

My work is born of curiosity, DiY spirit, and a bit of carny lineage.

I’m drawn to old arts and creative folk traditions, storytelling devices, hand tools, techniques that deserve to stay in the world. I try to build modern pieces that carry those roots forward.

Mab’s Mobile Mercantile is where DiY meets storytelling, where experiments become products, and where you can always expect to find the unexpected.
