Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you get from The Crafty Carny. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To start a return, contact us at mab@thecraftycarny.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item -- in those cases, we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or we made an error, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund -- your choice. Please include a photo of the damage or incorrect item when you reach out.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.

Bulk & Custom Orders Bulk orders and custom commissions are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. If there's an error on our end, we'll fix it -- just reach out within 7 days of delivery.
